『被災地復興とプレイスメイキング』
2011 年、ニュージーランドのクライストチャーチと日本の東北地方（石巻）は地震により大きな被害をうけました。当時、それぞれの被災地で復興支援に携わったMikeと真野先生、西田さん、小泉さん。被災地ではどのようなアクションが必要だったのか、私たちに何ができるのか、プレイスメイキング（居場所づくり）という視点で復興のタイムラインを語りあいます。

マイク フィッシャー / Mike Fisher
クライストチャーチ、ニュージーランドの都市と場所の変革マネージャー、カンタベリー大学の非常勤上級研究員、都市計画とプレイスメイキングのコンサルティング会社である UrbanTacticians を運営。 2010 年と 2011 年の地震後のクライストチャーチの再建や、市政府のためにさまざまな再生プロジェクト、リバーサイド マーケット & レーンズを設立した個人投資家とのプロジェクトを遂行。 また、ニュージーランド、オーストラリア、イギリスで、地域活性化計画、住宅開発、地域開発戦略、小売戦略、タウンセンター開発などの地域のプレイスメイキングの取り組みに至るまで、さまざまなプロジェクトに取り組む。 お気に入りの仕事の 1 つは、地域社会、政府、民間部門間の協力を促進して、愛される場所を作り出すこと。
is the City and Place Transformation Manager at ChristchurchNZ, is an adjunct Senior Fellow at the University of Canterbury and runs UrbanTacticians, his urban planning and placemaking consultancy. Mike has been deeply involved in the rebuild of Christchurch after the earthquakes of 2010 and 2011 working for the city government on various regeneration projects, and also for private investors establishing Riverside Market & Lanes. Mike works across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom on a variety of projects from local placemaking initiatives to place revitalisation plans, residential development, regional development strategies, retail strategy and town centre development. Some of Mike’s favourite work has been fostering collaboration between communities, government and the private sector to create much loved places.
